My Top 4 Favourite Books

Throughout my journey, I have read so many self-help, spiritual, and self-improvement books. A lot of them are great but these four are my all-time favourites. These books are the ones I keep coming back to over and over again. They are the ones I pick up and randomly open to a page I so needed to read in that exact moment. They are the ones I continuously recommend not only to my clients but also to my friends and family.

If you haven’t read these books, do yourself a favour. Curl up with a nice cuppa and dive in.

  1. A Return To Love by Marianne Williamson150px-Returntolove
  2. The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tollethe-power-of-now-a-guide-to-spiritual-enlightenment-13001338
  3. Biology Of Belief by Bruce Liptonimages
  4. You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Haytumblr_mgfkm6WQW81qj0314o1_500

Have you read any of these books? If so, what did you think?

Originally featured on Move Nourish Believe

Hi darling,

How did you pull up from last week’s self-love workout?

Before we dive into Week 3 of Believe Bootcamp I have a confession to make. I used to suffer from‘comparisonitis’ (a little something my friend Rach has written about here). I lived in a constant state of ‘not feeling good enough’ and compared how I looked, the work I did, how much money I made, my shoes, how many clients I had, my handbags, clothes, my hair, boyfriend, relationships, my home, my weight, the car I drove, my happiness…..EVERYTHING!!

However, on my path to wellness I’ve come to realise that comparison robbed me of happiness.  When we compare ourselves, we are coming from fear (your mean girl), the opposite to love. I used to be so unconscious that I didn’t even realise I was living in fear. Now I know the truth. Phew!

believe_bootcampwk3_quote

You see the mean girl (aka ego) compares to keep you in suffering and out of your heart, that’s the mean girls job and the way she survives.

But why would your mean girl do that?

Because the ego can NOT survive in love. So, it will do whatever it takes (like compare you to everyone else) to keep you out of your heart. It’s just another sneaky trick of the ego.

When I was in comparing mode, nothing flowed in my life. I would compare how many clients I had with others. As a result, I had none. I would compare my bank balance. And money never flowed. I compared my relationship and it flopped. I compared how I looked and could never shift the weight. But, as soon as I saw what was really going on, I remembered that I had a choice. I could choose to come from love or stay in fear. I chose the first and I want you to as well. Why?

Well, now that I live this way new clients are drawn to me, I am fully booked (without any marketing). Money flows in. My relationship freaking rocks. I am content in my skin and best of all, it’s effortless.

Looking back I realised when I lived in a state of comparison my friendships are vastly different to the friendships I have now. Back then it was like a competition – who could compare the most. Now though, my friends are successful, courageous and passionate entrepreneurs, changing lives and doing what they love. This is a reflection of where I am in my life. No longer do I entertain toxic relationships.

“Instead of gossiping about who’s skinner, what we didn’t eat and who kissed the hottest boy, we talk about our favourite raw recipes, realising our dreams and positive change.”

believe_bootcampwk3_content_03

believe_bootcampwk3_content_02

Maybe the biggest difference of all is that we are all completely authentic with each other – there’s no masks, cover-ups or secrets.  Gone are those days. Thank god!

So gorgeous girl, I invite you to catch yourself next time you go into compare mode. Maybe even take a moment, to look at the relationships in your life that are based on comparison. Gently remind yourself to slide back into your heart (it’s so much warmer in there). Be grateful for what is, choose to come from love and let your mean girl take the back seat.

Love Melissa

A while ago I was lucky enough to sit down with this incredible man for a chat during his Australian visit. This man needs no introduction but in case you don’t know Dr D (I hope it’s ok I call him that) is a world-leading human behaviour specialist, educator and author.  Oh, and he’s worked with my inspiration, the amazing Louise Hay, appeared on Larry King live, been a contributor to Oprah Magazine AND featured in The Secret (yep! he’s big alright).

We spoke about passion, purpose, comparing, hero’s, self-love and so much more. I so excited to share this video with you. Dr D also shared with me his incredible gratitude journal (/bible – I’m telling you this thing was big!). His passion and enthusiasm for empowering people to live their dream life really shines through.

In the video we talk about:

+ Why he created the break-through experience (that’s his workshop program – he’ll be back later this year to run them down under)

+ How to bust through self-loathing so you can live a passionate life.

+ He talks us through the ABC’s of negativity.

+ What inauthenticity can do to you.

+ How to find your passion and purpose. (And I’m talking the real answers!)

+ Why it’s not wise to compare or have hero’s + much more. (note to self: thou shalt not compare)

My favourite quotes from him were:

“You purpose is always an expression of your highest values”.

and

“Wisdom is going inside and identifying what is truly important to us and, giving yourself permission to do and be that”.

Now over to you tribe. What did you think of Dr D and this interview?

christianmirandatraining

I am very excited to introduce you to today’s Friday Friend Christian Miranda. Not only does Christian train me three times a week but he is also a very dear friend of mine and a valued member of my tribe. If you live in Sydney get in touch with him for the best workout of your life.

Let me introduce you to Christian.

How young are you? 27

Where do you live? Padstow, south west of Sydney

Current occupation: Personal Trainer, Trainer Manager and Gym Owner

Tell us a little bit about your beautiful self: I’m a health conscious guy that loves sharing what I know and continue to learn about health and fitness. Living the life that allows me to do what I do, meeting new people and learning what they do and how they came to be the person that they are is something I really enjoy and learn a lot from. I surround myself with amazing people that continue to inspire and motivate me to be the best person I can be.

Why is fuelling your body with beautiful food and thoughts important to you? I’ve learnt over the years of working toward optimal health, that sleep, hydration, nutrition and exercise are the key components toward physical and mental health for me. By consciously doing all of these things as well as I can, it allows me to do all that I want to do to the best of my ability.

What does self-love mean to you and why is it important? Self-love means having an understanding of who you are, the unlimited amount of potential that you have, where you want to be heading and doing all that you can to allow the continual development of yourself. In having this understanding, it allows us to have purpose toward all that we do, ensuring we continue to grow and develop as people both individually and with those around us.

Tell us why you started your business and what it means to you? My Personal Training business evolved from training my own clients in a park, to identifying talent in and recruiting my own team of trainers from my social network – childhood friends, old training partners from swimming, past clients – to a point where I now manage a team of Personal Trainers that each conduct their own business from within my gym environment under the ONE Personal Training Solutions banner.

The culture of success that exists amongst the trainers and their clients is one I take great pride in being a part of and the satisfaction I receive from knowing that this environment has been the catalyst for positive change in so many peoples lives is such that I’m continually driven to keep doing what I do.

Your top 5 tips to stay healthy and happy?

  1. Live with purpose
  2. Continually work toward developing and growing as a person
  3. Take pride in and celebrate your achievements
  4. Challenge yourself – embrace ‘failure’ as an opportunity to learn
  5. Be the best possible version of yourself – always

What are your big dreams, goal and aspirations? To continue working with my clients and friends to a point where they no longer ‘need’ me but keep coming back due to the pure enjoyment and ongoing motivation that our relationship provides to their life. I want to have this impact on as many lives as possible through all forms – face to face, social media, workshops, talks and presentations and positively influence change in the health and fitness industry.

What’s your favourite live by affirmation, mantra or quote? Whatever it is that you choose to do – do it well. Do all things with purpose.

Share your favourite training types? High Intensity Interval Training, Strength Training, Core Stability and Flexibility, Sprints – Rowing, Swimming, Running – a balance of these types makes up my weekly training program.

Where can we find you?

The Great Juicer Review

Guest post by Jess Ainscough (aka The Wellness Warrior)

There’s no better person to review juicers than this girl so I am going to hand this topic over to here.

Hit it jess!

For me, a good juicer is just as important to my kitchen as a fridge or stove – so I have no qualms about paying what is necessary to make sure I’m drinking the best quality (and best tasting) juice. Daily juicing is my health insurance. This is why I recommend juicers that earn their hefty price tags. However, you’ll find a list of budget juicers at the bottom if you’re not ready to make the investment.

1. THE NORWALK

Norwalk[1]

The Norwalk is easily the best juicer on the market. It is also the must-have juicer when you commit to Gerson Therapy, and for good reason. In a two-step process, The Norwalk will gently grind your produce into a pulp where it is caught by a cheesecloth bag. The bag is then placed under the press section where the juice is pressed out of the bag. You are left with nothing but dry pulp in the bag, and a jug full of super nutrients to drink. This juicer produces 50-100 percent more juice, which contains 3-5 times the vitamins and minerals than juice from other machines. However, this is a heavy machine that is not ideal for travelling (I have a separate juicer to take with me on the road).

Cost: $2500 – however those of us not in the US have to factor in the cost of shipping and customs as well. Ours cost us about $4500 all up. I recommend looking on eBay or Gumtree for a cheaper, second hand one.
Warranty: 12 years
Website: norwalkjuicers.com

Here’s a video of me using the Norwalk to make green juice.

2. THE ANGEL

Angel[1]

After the Norwalk, The Angel is my top pick. It’s small enough to be mobile, it looks gorgeous sitting on the kitchen bench, and it produces amazing juice and dry pulp (meaning all of the juice, vitamins and minerals are extracted). The Angel is a twin-gear juicer meaning that it produces juice by pressing produce between two interlocking roller gears. The juice is slowly squeezed out and the pulp is gently discarded. The main reason why I would choose The Angel over the other juicers is that, like the Norwalk, it is completely made from stainless steel.

Cost: From $1395
Warranty: 5 years
Website: angeljuicer.com.au

3. THE CHAMPION

Champion[1]

The Champion was my very first “proper” juicer and it served us well, all the way up until we graduated to a Norwalk at the beginning of Gerson Therapy. While the pulp that this juicer spits out isn’t as dry as The Angel, it’s still a really good juicer. This is a masticating juicer that gently grinds up the produce.

Cost: $549
Warranty: 10 years
Website: championjuicer.com.au

4. THE OSCAR NEO

Oscar[1]

The Oscar Neo is very similar to the Champion and choosing between the two would be based purely on personal preference. Many of my friends have Oscars though and it’s very handy to be able to use them as my juicers away from home when I stay at their places.

Cost: $529
Warranty: 20 years motor, 10 years parts
Website: vitality4life.com.au/juicer-oscar-da1000

All of the juicers I’ve mentioned above can be used for so much more than juice. You can use them to make ice creams, nut butters, hummus, and grind up flour.

BUYING A JUICER ON A BUDGET?

As you can see, a good juicer isn’t cheap. If you’re at the beginning of your wellness journey you may be having a hard time justifying the spend. Luckily, there are cheaper juicers available. These guys are centrifugal juicers, and they can be a great starting point. Just keep in mind that centrifugal juicers don’t do well when juicing greens, and they are much rougher on your produce. They introduce more heat and oxygen into the process, which means that you’ll lose nutrients. A more expensive juicer will last longer and extract more juice from your produce, which saves you money in the long run.

TWO OF THE BEST CENTIFUGAL JUICERS

THE BREVILLE JUICE FOUNTAIN

Cost: $99.95
Warranty: 1 year
Website: breville.com.au/juice-fountaintm.html

THE PHILIPS ‘QUICK CLEAN’

Cost: Between $179 and $249.95
Warranty:2 years
Website: philips.com.au

Have you used any of the juicers in this list? What is your favourite? I would love for you to add to the conversation in the comments below!

MNB-WEEK-2---2

Originally featured on Move Nourish Believe

Hey gorgeous!

Are you ready for week 2 of Believe Bootcamp (If you missed week 1 click here)? I hope so, because today is jam-packed with loads of goodies and awesome toning and tightening self-love exercises to help you live your best life possible.

Let’s dive straight in shall we!

You now all know you can’t live a full, happy, abundant life with a negative mindset, right!? It just doesn’t work. It’s like trying to drive a car without wheels. It aint’ gonna happen sister. Our mind and the thoughts we choose to think create our world around us. This for some is a hard pill to swallow because they don’t want to be responsible for their manifestation. Truth is you are 100% responsible for everything you manifest in your life. For me this is the most exciting thing. This means we are co-creating our life with the universe (god, the one, Buddha, love – what ever you believe in) moment to moment. But it all starts with self-love and today we will be working your self-love muscle.

It’s time to work that self-love muscle!

Like anything self-love takes time and is a daily practice. You go to the gym every day to get fit and toned, and same goes with the self-love muscle. You have to work at it every single day. You don’t just go to the gym once every 2 weeks and expect results. You have to work at it. All it takes is a commitment to yourself each morning when you wake up.

“Today I choose to think only loving thoughts”.

Easy as that!

Stick it on a post it note on your mirror or fridge, even set your alarm with it, so when you wake up it is the first thing you see. You can even pop reminders in your phone to go off throughout the day.

Why is self-love so important?

Self-love is the key to our happiness because when we deeply and completely love and accept ourselves we come from a place of love and not fear (ego). Your world around you will dramatically shift when you shift your perception from fear to love.

So, how do we flex our self-love muscle?

1. Quit Picking On You!

We are going to ‘stuff up’, fall down, and make mistakes. That’s life! But it’s how you react to them that show your true strength. Do you think, ‘wow what a great opportunity for growth’, or do you let your mean girl say, ‘you stupid idiot you can’t do anything right’. I see every ‘stuff up’ as a gift to grow. Cut yourself some slack sister.

2. Do Something For You

Every day, do at least one thing for you. Whether it’s going for a walk in nature, sitting and having a cup of organic herbal tea, calling your bestie, doing yoga, meditating, whatever it is…do something that YOU love.

3. Get Still

Sitting in silence is the best way to calm your crazy monkey mind. So much chatter goes on up there (usually thoughts from the previous day that don’t even matter anymore). Sitting in stillness for 10 minutes each morning and night will really help quiet your mean girl.

4. Pull Yourself Up

It all starts with awareness when you notice yourself buying into those old mean girl limiting beliefs. Catch yourself and within that moment you have one of two choices:

  • a) Engaging in those untrue tortures, or
  • b) Choose to let it go.

Your choice darling!

5. Forgive

Place your hands on your heart and repeat after me: ‘I love and forgive you [insert your name].” Forgiveness is key to freedom and happiness. Holding on to the past energetically attaches you to that old story. Let go of control and free yourself gorgeous.

6. Don’t Play Small

There is only one you. And you, my friend, are bloody AMAZING! Shine your bright light and show this world what you’ve got. So take action now my love. Commit to one (or all) of the above and watch your life transform.

Remember it all starts with self-love.

compare

I used to compare myself to everyone else—a lot. Like I mean with everything: How I looked, the work I did, how much money I made, my shoes, how many clients I had, bags, clothes, my hair, boyfriend, diet, relationships, home, car, happiness…..EVERYTHING!!

However, over my path to wellness I’ve come to realise that comparison was robbing me of happiness.  When you are comparing yourself, you are coming from fear (your ego). I used to be so unconscious that I didn’t even realise that. Now I know the truth. Phew!

You see: The ego compares to keep you in suffering and out of your heart. (That’s the ego’s job.)

Why would the ego do that?

Because the ego can NOT survive in love. So, it will do whatever it takes to keep you out of your heart, like comparing. It’s just another sneaky trick of the ego.

When I was in comparing mode, nothing flowed in my life. I would compare how many clients I had with others. As a result, I had none. I would compare my money situation. And money never flowed. I compared my relationship and it flopped. I compared how I looked and could never shift the weight. But, as soon as I realised this, I remembered that I have a choice. I can choose to come from love. So I did just that.

Now clients are drawn to me and I am fully booked (without any marketing). Money is always flowing. My relationship freaking rocks. I am so content in my skin. Best of all, it’s so much nicer and effortless coming from love.

So I invite you to catch yourself next time you go into compare mode. Gently remind yourself to slide on back down into your heart.

It’s so much warmer in there.

Belindadavidson

I am so excited to introduce you to the beautiful Belinda Davidson. Although we have never met in person (unlike a lot of my other Friday Friends) I feel a deep soul sister connection to this beautiful being. And I am sure you will too after reading all about her.

Let’s get stuck in!

Where do you live? Gold Coast, Australia.

Current occupation: Medical Intuitive, Coach & Author.

Tell us a little bit about your beautiful self. I was born being able to ‘see into people.’ I always knew that people were thinking and feeling. But this got me into loads of trouble when I was a child because I quickly learnt that most people don’t like it that you can see the truth about them.

I was also brought up Christian so I tried as much as I could to suppress my gift. This all changed in my early twenties. When I was 20 my deceased grandmother contacted me from the other side and told me that I needed to speak to one of her children. (she has 7 and one of them in my Mum).

I was hesitant to do this because I didn’t want to see weird, but she was really persistent, so I called my uncle, and that phone call saved his life. He was suicidal.

That was the beginning of my acceptance of my gift and very quickly after this, I began giving many people energy field readings.

Why is fueling your body with beautiful food and thoughts important to you? Because I want to keep my vibrations raised! The key to a beautiful life, is having all your chakras work properly, and eating well and thinking well, aids this process.

What does self-love mean to you? It means everything to me. Every day in every moment I can either choose to be in alignment with my soul (love), or with my ego (fear). Choosing love and to love ourselves creates a magical life.

Tell us why you started your blog and what it means to you? I started my blog last year in November because so many people were asking me about 2012, and the great shift in consciousness and what was going to happen in 2013. So I decided I needed to address people’s fears and concerns. The series is called What Really Happened in 2012, and what’s to come in 2013.

It talks about all those juicy topics that people want to know about: how to become psychic, how to discover your life’s purpose, what these ‘times’ are really about etc.

Your top 5 tips to stay healthy and happy?

  1. Work with the White Light
  2. Daily Chakra Cleanse Meditation
  3. Mindfulness
  4. Live/raw foods. Foods that have a high energy content
  5. Gratitude

What are your big dreams, goal and aspirations? I’ve just founded an online school called School of the Modern Mystic. We’ll be showing people how to become psychic, heal themselves and others, discover their life purpose, as well as become magicians.

It is kind of like Harry Potter, without the death eaters and much more modern. We love very high heels, and hip hop (without the bitches and hoes references!)

Your favourite live by affirmation, mantra or quote?

My daily mantra is, “Soul, show me how I can show up and serve the world in my unique way.”

I also actively practice gratitude (but who doesn’t! we know that being grateful for what we have just draws more of it in)

What are your favourite recipes? Actually, giggle, giggle, I LOVE your raw chocolate brownie with cherry recipe.

And fresh pineapple juice with mint.

Where can we find you?

One more thing before we go. Belinda has been kind enough to often you all a free White Light healing and  access to the 7 day chakra course when you sign up here.

Guest post by Christian Miranda

My whole life I have always been one to observe others around me to see what it is that makes people successful, trying to learn as much as I can so that I too could work towards this.

Sitting in the gym in between sessions with my own clients, I see myself doing the same thing, observing members and clients and picking up on the various traits that I feel have made certain individuals successful in their efforts towards achieving their goals. Unless you are giving yourself every possible chance to achieve success, then the efforts you make will be for very little gain. I am quick to tell my clients this as I have found that the ones that embrace what I have outlined below are the ones that achieve and maintain the greatest success! Needless to say, they are the people that you probably notice and wonder how they achieve such amazing results, and why are they always so happy.

Turning up to training 2-3 times a week will not get you the results you want unless you apply yourself properly when you are there. Eating well sometimes will not get you results, because you should be doing it all the time. Here are a few things to take on board to hopefully help you maximise the efforts that you put in.

Prepare yourself!

Often, a lot of us are hesitant, cautious, or nervous towards particular events because we are not prepared, be it mentally or physically. If you do things right all the time, then you stand a much better chance of succeeding when it comes to the occasion you are working towards. Being physically prepared allows us to be mentally prepared by giving us the confidence in ourselves to do the best that we possibly can.

Back yourself!

Too often I see people not have a go at things with confidence. It may be a new exercise, or the same exercise just with a heavier weight. Get in there and have a go! We have nothing to lose, for if we don’t succeed the first time, we can always learn from where we’ve gone wrong so as to do better next time – therefore it is a success.

Be Positive!

Things are only “too hard” if they are impossible – it may be difficult, challenging or uncomfortable, but never is it “too hard” – therefore we have no option but to attack what it is we are working towards, learning as we go, how to eventually make it easier for ourselves so that we can improve each time.

How many of you have said in reply to your trainers request to do a particular exercise, “I can’t, it’s too hard!!!”, only to do the exercise well over and over again. Have an open mind, and back yourself always for if it doesn’t work out the first time, you will learn why and achieve it the next time.

Learn, Understand, And Appreciate

To me, these three words separate the clients that achieve great results from the ones that achieve good results.

Learn – You must be willing to learn from your trainer new ways to achieve things in your life that you may not have ever thought possible before

Understand – Exercises are so much more effective when you understand why it is  that you are doing them. What muscle group are you working? What intensity does it require to get the desired effect? How do I perform this exercise with perfect technique? There is a purpose behind every exercise we give you – understand it, and apply it to maximise the effects these exercises can give you!

Appreciate – Having put my body through various types of training, I have gained an appreciation for the different effects we experience: jelly legs, shaky arms, head spins, seeing white dots, blocked ears, muscular pain for days after (not injury!!!), nauseous to name but a few of the more common feelings. I appreciate what I have done to get my body to this point knowing what results I can achieve from doing so. I appreciate it even more when I see my clients doing the same. Embrace these feelings and appreciate the hard work that you put in knowing that you are working towards achieving your goals!

Work towards goals with PURPOSE

All of us know how to set a goal and work towards it, but how many of us know how to do it purposefully?

Consider the following:

  • Will a teenager wanting to bulk up to do so by running 10km every day?
  • Is a person who struggles to workout maximally going to achieve this if all they do is train at 60% intensity every day?
  • Will a clients back or shoulder injury heal if they continue to do heavy squats with poor technique or ridiculous amounts of bench press?

The answer to all of these statements is NO – yet I continually see people doing things like this and wondering why they aren’t getting improvements in their training, why they aren’t losing weight, and why their injuries aren’t getting any better. Think about what you are doing, seek advice if you don’t know what you are doing, and do things properly, with purpose ALL THE TIME!

Be Passionate!

Unless you are passionate about what you set out to achieve, the results you get will have not been maximized and they will be very short-lived. Passion allows us to put all of the above mentioned points together. If you are passionate, you are willing to learn. Willing to sacrifice. Willing to have a go, and do what is required to achieve your goals. There is no secret towards achieving success in any area of life – but passion is perhaps the most necessary aspect. Passion can easily be confused with obsession, I like to look at it as a healthy obsession – often when we are obsessed with something we do whatever it takes to get it: Eat well, Train Hard, Recover and be Happy!

Hi Gorgeous!

Welcome to Believe Bootcamp. Over the coming weeks I’m going to help you karate chop any of those negative beliefs you’re holding on to and bust through the ‘mean girl’ self talk. We’re going to work our self-love muscle and fist pump our way through life. Gorgeous girl – it’s time to live your best life!

We all know that it isn’t just about what we eat – there’s more to it than that. When we take a Move.Nourish.Believe approach, in other words we get a ‘fit’ mind, body and spirit we are ready to start living the life of our dreams.

believebootcamp_content_01

“Your thighs are fat. Your skin is dull.” …“You’re never going to earn the type of money you want. Financial freedom won’t happen for you. You’re not smart enough.” …“Who do you think you are helping people? No one is going to listen to you. Writing books HAHA good one.”…“She’s prettier than you. She’s skinnier than you. You’re not good enough.”

Meet my mean girl!

This is what was on constant replay in my head for years, over and over again and, the worst part was I believed it! I totally 100% believed every word. I lived in a constant state of fear, comparison and lack. All because I let me mean girl (aka, my ego) run the show.

You see everyone has an ‘ego’. But, the difference between let’s say the Dali Lama and me was he’d put his ego on mute. It’s there, he’s aware of it, but it does not control his life. Mine however a few years back had the volume cranked up high. At the time I didn’t realise this. I just thought it was ‘normal’ to have this loud ‘voice’ inside my head (btw – this is different to someone who is actually hearing voices. What I’m talking about is that internal dialogue or self-talk we all have going on).

I had accepted this voice. Until I landed in hospital, opened my first Louise Hay book and it hit me like a tone of bricks (thank you Lou!)

believebootcamp_quotes_01

BOOM! “Holy s#@t!” I thought. I asked my Mum to bring me in a journal and I started writing. I wrote down everything my mean girl had been saying to me (there was about 7 seven pages I might add). Then I went back and re read them one at a time and I asked myself ‘is this true’Do I have evidence that I am a dump, stupid, fat, idiot? The answer came loud and clear: NO! NO! and NO!.

So, why had I let my mean girl take over?

Because I didn’t know there was another way. I didn’t know that ‘power is always in the present moment’. All that mean girl talk was stuff from the past – holding on to a nasty comment someone had made years before, or the ‘out of context’ comment I’d overheard. It wasn’t true and most importantly it didn’t exist in the here and now. Now I know all this and so now I can choose to be present AND be in a constant state of love. It’s all my choice. It’s yours too gorgeous.

believebootcamp_quotes_02

Of course my mean girl pops up here and there (always when I am in my head and not in the present moment, I’d like to add). But now I quickly catch her and bring my attention back into the present moment.

It really is simple. You don’t need any fancy equipment, tools or manuals. No one can ‘fix’ you, give you the magic pill or wave a wand.
