Protein Power Salad
0What you need:
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 tin organic mixed beans
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1tablespoon tamari
What you do:
- Heat up quinoa in pan (or small pot) with a touch of filtered water.
- Add beans, spinach and carrot and mix.
- Sprinkle olive oil and tamari and serve.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or coriander.
